Delivered a session on Public Sector AI Readiness for MS-HIPA, focusing on assessing and strengthening AI readiness across government departments. The session was part of an ongoing series aimed at building sustainable AI governance capabilities within the Himachal Pradesh government.

The training covered AI readiness assessment methodologies, competency frameworks for public sector AI roles, and practical roadmaps for building AI governance capabilities within government departments. Participants explored tools and frameworks for evaluating their departments' current AI maturity and developing action plans for capacity building.
